To mark the launch of the 2006 DBA Charge out rates & salary levels report, three DBA members will submit their company's financial data to a live analysis by industry experts Gary Baxter and Jonathan Kirk. The interactive element of the evening will follow a short summary of the report from Mandy Merron, Partner at Willott Kingston Smith.

By studying key performance indicators supplied by the three companies Gary
(former financial director at The Partners) will identify issues that will
need to be addressed by the company if they wish to become more profitable.
He will explain how other agencies can analyse easily obtainable figures
from their business to illustrate their shortfalls and strengths.

Jonathan Kirk (former head of business development at Fitch) will then offer
suggestions on how the issues that have been identified can be addressed.

This event is for DBA members or by invitation only. Attending members will receive a copy of the 2006 report, hot off the press. The report is never distributed outside of the DBA membership.
