DBA Report on Charge Out Rates and Salary Levels for 2006 has been distributed to members. The report has some interesting points - namely that salaries are still out of line with fees.

Charge out rates have failed to keep up with inflation and although salaries fell slightly this was mainly due to a steep decline in the salaries of principals and proprietors.
