Having
problems finding what you want?
Advice on how to
refine your search can be found here.
The guides talk
you through every part of the process, from deciding which
criteria are important to you when choosing an agency to what
questions to ask during interview, to how to score their answers.
What does
'PQQ ready' mean?
PQQs, or pre-qualifying questionnaires, are used by procurement
departments to establish information about a business that
is being considered as a supplier. They can also be called
Requests for Information (RFIs) and ask agencies to submit
information relating to everything from their financial history
through to company structure, and a range of documentation
covering policies including health and safety, discrimination
and training.
This information can be very time consuming for agencies to
put together, and until now has been completed from scratch
for each client requesting a submission. Now, with the DBA
Directory, all of this information is available in one place
- formatted and ready to access instantly - saving both designer
and client days of preparation and research, allowing them
to get straight to a discussion about the design work.
Wherever you see the 'green Q' symbol throughout the Directory,
this indicates that an agency has provided all of the information
to make them PQQ ready.
Due to the sensitive nature of this information, it is only
available to registered design buyers, who are able to access
this unique service for free. Click here to register as a
buyer.
How do agencies
get into the DBA Directory?
The DBA Directory
is made up of members of the Design Business Association.
Membership is on a corporate basis and is renewable annually.
DBA Members tend to be in the top 5% of design companies in
the UK. To find out more about DBA membership visit the Membership
pages.
