During the workshops Kevin looked at the types of things that hold us back from achieving our aims in the workplace. He concentrated on email (you should not have more than 20 in your inbox), the pursuit of perfection (an impossible target) and meetings (talk is the enemy of action).

His controversial style provoked outrage, laughs and much agreement. Not everyone agreed with what he had to say but it all provided for lively debate.
