The Design The approach Landor took was to use face-to-face communication, as it was seen to be the most effective channel in a professional services environment. A programme of events and workshops was developed, accompanied by digital channel and internal communications collateral and Brand Champions networks training, in order to get buy-in at every level of the firm.
The Results The internal brand communications programme launched two and a half years ago and since then BDO International has delivered sustained and consistent double-digit growth in international revenue. BDO Internationals design investment was recouped just two months into the programmes roll-out. There is now evidence of brand engagement among all the organisations 30,000 employees in 111 countries.
