Alloy were challenged to create a design application that would help shape a single innovation and design culture within this newly enlarged company. The agency created a new identity system that could be applied to all TGV products, plus software, website and guidelines to help communicate and embed the new design process.
The new system has been a success, achieving product differentiation, brand cohesion and positive cultural change within the company. Tooling costs have been cut by €5.00 per unit, £10,000 of design costs have been eliminated so far and the application of new design guidelines has reduced management time by 20%.
