Glasgow

6 February 2008

Finding, winning, keeping and developing clients has always been tough, and with today’s economic climate it’s about to get very much tougher. In an increasingly competitive marketplace where supply far outstrips demand, no design business will survive for long - let alone grow and develop - without an effective marketing and promotion programme.

Prospective clients need to know exactly what you can do for them, and what differentiates you from your competitors. Existing clients need to know exactly why they should develop and continue their business with you instead of with another consultancy. You need to convince both, time and time again, that you are the right consultancy for them.

The issues that every design business urgently needs to address are:
· The positioning of your consultancy in the marketplace
· Your marketing strategy and plan
· Raising your business profile
· Getting your foot in the door
· Being “promotion ready”

These, and more, will be covered in the 6th February DBA Business Briefing on Marketing and Promotion in Glasgow, delivered by leading marketing consultant Shan Preddy, PREDDY&CO, and featuring casework from Mark Noe of international branding consultancy Third Eye.

No owner, partner, director or business development person working in a design company should miss this event.
