Newcastle, 21 February

Bristol, 25 February

Birmingham, 26 February

To advance as a design consultancy you need to know what you are doing in terms of marketing and promotion. Too many people think that when the work slows down they need to put themselves about a bit, but when they get too busy the marketing activity is switched off.

Q : What do you need to do to be confident that your marketing activity will really maximise your new business endeavours and achieve continuity and effectiveness?

Q : What needs to be considered when you decide that your consultancy must move forward to the next level and reap the rewards of a focused marketing strategy?

Q : And how will you be able to measure the effectiveness of your actions?

The answers to these questions will be found in the DBA Business Briefing on Marketing & Promotion.

The issues that will be addressed are:

•  The positioning of your consultancy

•  The core elements on which to base your marketing strategy

•  Raising your business profile

•  Getting your foot in the door

•  Being “promotion ready” – how to react quickly to opportunities

•  The importance of a marketing calendar

These issues, and more, will be covered in the DBA Business Briefings on Marketing and Promotion delivered by leading marketing consultant Peers de Trense, Tapestry Consulting .

Each event will also feature a case study from local design consultancy on how they have dealt with marketing and promoting themselves.

These events are essential briefings for owners, partners, directors or business development personnel working in the design industry.

Each event will also feature a case study from a DBA member discussing how they deal with the issues of marketing & promotion.
