When and how to cut through the red tape of procurement!

Purchasing departments appear today to play a bigger role than ever before in the procurement and review of design firms. You may even be planning to bolster your private sector workload with a few public sector contracts in which case there is no getting away from the form filling. Prompted by an ever-increasing need to account for business decisions, clients are asking their procurement departments to handle the appointment of new consultancies and existing relationships.

The best creative work relies on close collaboration and understanding between clients and designers, but many designers do not understand the world of procurement. By understanding your clients’ position you will be able to deliver greater results without conflict.

Whether you are an ambitious forward-thinking start-up or a leading established consultancy, there will be a wealth of relevant information for you to take away.

The ever-popular format of our Business Briefings is back – short sharp shock treatment – 50 minute workshops in which our speakers deliver their top line insights on the subject including a slot for you to ask questions. You can sign up for two of the three workshops and benefit from a ‘live’ discussion panel in partnership with the AAR, chaired by their MD, Kerry Glazer.
