Making Money, Delivering Impact and Living Culture

A DBA event with David C. Baker

Tuesday 9th November 2010, London

Arguably when running a business there are three things that really matter to be successful.

Firstly we all want to make money, but how do you balance your need to make money, deliver impact with the work that you produce and finally have the energy left to shape and nurture the internal culture of your agency.

Putting your focus on one of these areas and forgetting about the others is OK for a small period of time but the cracks will start to show eventually.

With his uniquely honest and no-nonsense approach David C. Baker will be looking into the importance and impact that all three of these key areas have on your business and how you can harness them to your advantage. He will explore the repercussions of ranking your priorities, as well as their impact on the rest of your life and finally the effect each key issue plays in the ever-changing design industry.
