| “The
quickest way for a profitable business to go bust is to lose
sight of its cash-flow.”
Helen Gray, Fluid
Finance
In these times,
good credit control is the only thing that will safeguard
your cash-flow and ultimately your business. The fear of upsetting
an existing customer in a time when you are fighting for every
bit of new business is a dilemma faced by many companies,
particularly in the design industry, but the reality is that
all that hard-won new business is not a sale unless it is
paid for.
In this interactive
seminar with Helen Gray from Fluid Finance, we will be tackling
the tools and techniques available to you to manage and chase
your hard earned cash including:
- The best ways to chase money and how to go about it.
- How to spot the warning signs of a bad debt.
- Internal systems and procedures for smooth debt collection:
the importance of paperwork.
- Unusual ways to get your money back legally.
- How to take legal action without incurring solicitor costs.
- How to deal with a company being liquidated.
