An interactive event to help your business grow even stronger in 2010.
This event will help you address the key issues and questions you face heading up a business, and will give you clear, practical solutions to help ensure your design agency not only survives, but also thrives.
Business adviser and independent trouble shooter, Kevin Duncan will take you through the skills and principles you can adopt to help harness and develop more positive outcomes for your design business - whether you're a sole trader or have a team of up to 200. He will highlight those timeless qualities that make the best businesses hardy perennials and will give you lots of practical and thought provoking techniques to put these qualities into action.
What you'll learn
You will learn the skills that will help you to analyse your current business position properly, how to make the important decisions around survival or growth, how to define and state your personality and style and finally, how to get it all done.
This is a seminar that will get things fixed, not a boring lecture. It offers a fresh perspective on evolving your business and will look at:
How to ask yourself the nasty questions that you don't want to answer Do you often long to just get on with things but find yourself frustrated by blockages within the business? Learn how to ask the tough questions to help you ensure things flow more smoothly.
Kevin is a business adviser, marketing expert, motivational speaker and Author. After 20 years in advertising, he has spent the last ten as an independent troubleshooter, advising companies on how to change their businesses for the better, via change management programmes, non-exec work or better
Efficiency is a sophisticated form of laziness. Remember that thinking is free so do it more often. Free yourself up so that you have some time to recognise and implement the next big thing for your business.
Rip up the straitjackets that you have unintentionally built for yourself
Remember what the original idea was and setup the tripwires and procedures you need to get things done.
So if you don't necessarily believe relentless growth is always the answer, or you just like the idea of a more reflective, non-macho approach to developing business, then this event is for you.
