Design and the law

This module delivers an excellent basic working knowledge of the legal and business frameworks in which design consultancies and their clients operate worldwide.

We consider different legal models for design businesses and their clients, along with their respective legal rights and duties.

We also explore essential contractual situations in the design industry, how to construct and manage them, as well as strategies for handling disagreements and legal disputes, and how to avoid them.
