"The Twenty/Twenty programme has given me a mentor who has a deep understanding of design, and also an outside perspective on my business. Someone who asks questions and challenges me to make changes”  Twenty/Twenty mentee

The DBA business mentoring programme Twenty/Twenty does just that.

The programme and training was developed by Clutterbucks, the world renown mentoring specialists, and was set up with the support of Arts Council England Cultural Leadership Programme.

Twenty/Twenty carefully pairs rising industry leaders with established design pioneers for a 12 month, 1-2-1 mentoring relationship. It is specifically for individuals who want to take their thinking around business issues to the next level, with the ultimate aim of helping them to define their goals and grow

their business.

"Mentoring has helped me learn more about myself. Listening to my mentee and his scenarios, I’m surprised by how far I’ve got and how much I can help him navigate." Twenty/Twenty mentor

Our mentors are key individuals drawn from DBA member agencies like Landor, Elmwood, Lippincott, Dragon Rouge, Pearlfisher, Smith & Milton and The Brand Union, all of whom bring a huge amount of experience to the table. Since its launch in 2011, the programme has seen over 100 mentees benefit and feedback has been fantastic.

Twenty/Twenty runs annually and is open to DBA members and non-members.
