Going for
growth!
3 months in and
the 8 design consultancies taking part in the Small/Medium/Large
programme are now well underway in mapping out their fast-growth
action plans.
From speaking with
all the consultancies involved its clear that each have different
visions of what growth means to them.
Heading
for the top
For Glenn Elliott,
MD at N1 Creative, growth has meant making a successful transition
from a ‘start-up’ business to a medium sized agency
and then beyond.
With an action plan
now in place through the programme, Glenn feels it is giving
them ‘just the catalyst we need’ and the tools
to start them on the road to establishing their place firmly
within the UK’s top design agencies.
Inwards
and upwards
Ann Rimmer, Clock Creative’s director, sees the SML
growth plans important for looking at the inner workings of
the agency and examining how its structure from top to bottom
could help bring about the major shift in growth they require.
Ann says its 'a key-factor in a 10-year strategy plan'.
