Gary Baxter, who spent eight years as Finance Director of The Partners, established the consultancy in 1997. With more than 25 years experience in the financial management of design companies, Gary has developed an ability to bring a clarity to financial management which gives ‘non-financial’ owners real confidence in understanding the performance of their businesses and in their ability to take management decisions.
To compliment it’s consulting services Lightbox Consulting has developed it’s own web based software product for small design companies. Called simply ‘Lightbox’ the software enables small companies to professionalise their approach to the financial aspects of project management.
