New Year, New Business – a panel discussion and Q&A with DBA Experts

To kick off the new year, we’re bringing together three new business gurus for a one hour session that will ensure your new business strategies in 2021 put you on the front foot to compete and thrive.

Months of keeping up with the pace of change and responding to client needs have put a strain on agency positioning and proposition. Lost business has had to be replaced with an open mind about the work you do. And securing new clients has called for a new style to cut through at every part of the new business cycle.

In a lively panel discussion and Q&A, Lucy Mann, Jonathan Kirk and Tim Duncan will be discussing the thinking, techniques and execution required to succeed, covering everything from how you identify and define what your offer is now, to what you should be saying to the outside world and the best practice needed to cut through the noise and win new clients.

Lucy Mann helps agencies take control of the new business process, helping them to leverage their assets, get clearer visibility of revenue potential and create workable new business strategies and plans.

As well as advising agencies on all aspects of business growth, Jonathan Kirk frequently works at the sharp end of business development, pitching, presenting and delivering high profile strategic work for major brands and has unrivalled access to clients and a real understanding of their needs and anxieties, through his work on the annual ‘What Clients Think’ report.

Tim Duncan works with agencies to devise, develop and deliver comprehensive strategic and tactical plans for external communications which support business development with techniques that cut through and truly demonstrate expertise.

Join us from 3-4pm on Thursday 21 January for our first webinar of 2021. Open to all, book now.
