Gill started her career as a designer at Pentagram and Newell & Sorrell (now part of Interbrand) before working at The Partners Design Consultants (now part of SuperUnion) for 18 years. She worked as a designer, team leader, creative partner, board director and creative consultant working for a range of national and international clients.
She has been operating as an independent creative consultant for the last five years.
