Money matters

The first rule of business is, make a profit. Understanding the key profit drivers and how to measure them is a fundamental discipline.

This module takes you through best practice in management information including developing profit forecasts, weighing up the business elements that affect them, the best ways to use management accounts and maximise cash flow.

It’s all about good, timely decision-making, particularly as changes happen that affect your business so we’ll de-mystify financial jargon and leave you in a position to understand and question financial information and consider what actions you need to take as a result.
