Caroline is a Partner and the Head of the Corporate & Commercial Law team at HK Law. She has extensive experience working with clients in the design industry, having supported many DBA members since joining HK Law in 2007.
With almost 40 years of experience in corporate and commercial law , Caroline delivers practical advice on a wide range of business matters, including business contracts of all types, intellectual property matters, , terms & conditions of business, equity investments, shareholder agreements, share capital re-structuring, succession planning and share incentive schemes for employees. Caroline also advises partnerships and LLPs, helping businesses transition between structures. Her background in corporate finance ensures a commercial, client-focused approach.
