Design industry experience: 20 years plus

With 35 years of industry experience, I have a proven track record as an agency leader, driving operational excellence and leading client service teams.

My expertise lies in the client service function, which, like the turbo in a car, connects to all business areas, including clients, studio, production, finance, and sales and marketing. I ensure the turbo is fitted properly and doing its job, operating seamlessly and efficiently.

Through an initial discovery consultation with leadership or the Head of Client Service, I identify and address core issues through audits, one-on-one interviews, SWOT analyses, gap-analysis sessions, and team conflict resolution.

For solution implementation, I conduct change workshops, priority roadmapping, skills assessments and surveys, personal development programs, onboarding, engagement activities, lunch & learns, and coaching and mentoring where my focus includes upskilling juniors, breaking the mid-career ceiling, and guiding new client service leaders.
