Developing your people

This session is aimed at leaders and senior managers who want to improve their businesses by developing their people. It draws upon the key strategies and tactics deployed by successful businesses that have managed organisational change over the past 15 years.

We’ll consider all the essential elements for success: corporate purpose and responsibility; core business values and beliefs; internal business structure, staff, skills, and systems; creation and implementation of business strategies; and new approaches to successful leadership in design consultancy.
