We need you to spread the word.
We’ve recently launched a ground-breaking new employee experience subscription service, have continued running our annual research project, and we’re still creating world class strategies and creative for our clients. There’s a lot to shout about right now.
Our community of clients, ambassadors and friends are tackling some big challenges. We want you to be our voice, to support them, distribute content and build trust. This is a new role for us, so we’re looking for the right person to define and deploy our approach. You’ll be hungry for a new challenge, and the chance to create your role from scratch. Beyond that, you’ll really believe in what we do and in creating healthy workplace cultures.
What does the role look like?
- Thinking strategically. Building our engagement approach for our HomeEx subscription service.
- Getting social. Creating content with a strong focus on building a meaningful social presence. We’re looking for true connection.
- Website management. Managing our HomeEx website – nothing complex, but you’ll need to add files and manage our community noticeboard.
- PR and communications. Broadening our reach through the right PR opportunities, including traditional media, industry events and awards.
Are you the right fit?
You might come from a background of Marketing, Communications or Community management. You’ll have 5+ years of experience from either in-house or agency side. But that’s just the basics. You’ll be a team player. Not in the cliché sense. We’re a small team and we get stuck in, together. You’ll be excited for your next move and keen to be part of setting up a new role with huge potential.
