How the law works for you

How can designs generate income while designers sleep? Can design concepts be stolen? How do designers acquire legal rights to their designs? Should designers transfer design rights to clients, and for what price? Are there differences between legal rights in 2D and 3D designs? Can designers help clients avoid their designs being ripped-off?

This module addresses these and other key questions through an intensive exploration of design intellectual property rights in a global context.
