Design Effectiveness Awards 2018 | shortlist announced
The DBA Design Effectiveness Awards recognise projects that demonstrate design’s tangible effect on a business. From positively impacting gross margin to the creation of new markets, from improved recruitment to increased loyalty, from reduction in production costs to job creation, the achievements of the shortlisted winners are significant and wide-ranging and demonstrate that no matter the size of the business or budget, design creates competitive advantage.
We’re delighted to announce the 2018 shortlist of 54 winning entries, after two rigorous rounds of judging by a panel made up of design and marketing heads from brands and organisations such as Twitter, The Hershey Company, Ministry of Defence, Waitrose, British Airways, Mars Global Chocolate, Barclays and IBM. A third panel of judges, consisting of CEOs from FTSE100 and some of the UK’s leading brands, will meet in November to select the winner of the prestigious Grand Prix award.
The shortlisted entries will find out if they have won Gold, Silver or Bronze at the black-tie award ceremony and dinner, where the opening address will be made by the Rt Hon Matt Hancock MP.
