This set of model recommended practices, which have been designed and developed to provide DBA design agency members with a series of behaviour guidelines and to improve the professionalism of the industry.

Assignment of copyright

This is a basic template that can be used for the transfer of copyright which, subject to limited exceptions, by law belongs to the ‘author’ of the work in the first instance. This document meets the minimum formalities for transferring copyright, namely that it needs to be recorded in writing and signed.
