We’re looking for Graduates who want to be part of an exciting, high-tempo creative agency. Our Imagination Academy Graduate programme has launched and we’re looking for exceptional graduates to join our team of curious and creative Imagineers. Starting in September 2017 you’ll work in a variety of teams on a 12 month programme before moving into one of those teams on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you’ll be responsible for developing inspiring experiences between brands and customers; experiences that can transform the value brands have for those customers and that those customers have for the brands. You will deliver bespoke approaches for brand experiences across different marketing communications channels.
Working in partnership with the creative teams, you will develop imaginative and inspiring creative briefs and interpret and write brand narratives, using them to develop content strategies. You will remain in touch with projects through creative to delivery, then measure, interpret and report back.
You’ll be expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of emerging technologies and trends as well as the ability to identify and source research and insight data. We are looking for someone with a degree level or equivalent experience. You’ll have a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and will have excellent presentation and written skills. On a professional level, you’re an enthusiastic, open-minded creative thinker with excellent presentation, communication and client liaison skills.

Reporting to the Production Director, you will be providing on-site support for the delivery of the technical and production requirements of a wide variety of live events and exhibitions.
You’ll develop a close day to day relationship with our clients and will support the Production team with all stages of the production process from concept designs, pre-production and onsite reconciliation. You’ll support the team with budgeting, schedules, technical specifications, interpreting drawings and briefing suppliers. A basic understanding of technical production and theatrical experience is important along with practical experience within live events.
We are looking for someone ideally with a qualification in Technical Theatre at degree level or with equivalent experience. You’ll be expected to demonstrate excellent organisation, relationship building and communication skills along with the willingness to help others. We are looking for someone who is proficient at Microsoft Office programmes and has experience with budgeting. Vectorworks and AutoCad skills are desirable. On a professional level, you’re an enthusiastic, open-minded creative thinker with excellent presentation, communication and client liaison skills.

Midweight Writer - The Clearing

A key member of The Clearing's Creative team, you will help develop the brand language for a range of clients. There are 3 strands to the role:
1. Brand language consultancy: playing an integral role in tone of voice, messaging and naming within projects - including researching / analysing brands; language and identifying opportunities.
2. Creative development: developing concepts, writing examples, creating names.
3. New business; PR: play an active role in new business; PR, helping to identify, develop and win new business.
The role involves close, collaborative work with other writers in the team as well as designers and strategists.
We are looking for an inquisitive mind, an intuitive understanding of what we do and why it matters, and a willingness to embrace our entrepreneurial spirit and get involved.
